Doomsday

Women Rule! Men Drool! Here's one of the most ambitious B&D movie ever produced. Veteran erotic film director, F.J. Lincoln lends his considerable skills to this futuristic, post-apocalyptic saga. Sharon Kane delivers her strongest performance yet as the maniacal, sadistic ruler Electra. Timber, a huge-knockered platinum blonde makes an irresistible lieutenant. As for victims, freshly Tricia Devereaux and slender Ember Haze are joined by two helpless slavemen, played by hardcore studs Kick Nasty and Tony Montana.

With a post-apocalyptic scenario where the men have gone impotent and a few elite women rule with an iron fist, Doomsday is a sci-fi epic for the specialty genre. Translated, this means that by any reasonable standards this vid resembles one of those third-season Star Trek episodes, where the scenery was not only figuratively chewed by William Shatner, but also literally so: heaps of colorfully-lit Styrofoam and aluminum foil being the height of set décor, as it is here.

Evil ruler Kane and her Lieutenant Timber strap Trish Devereaux to a rotating chain link fence where she’s beaten and abused, while poor Tony Montana and Dick Nasty suffer deeper humiliation…they’ve got to work on a show where the futuristic version of thong underwear is made from a rope encircling their nuts and riding up their ass cracks. (It’s the B.D equivalent of being the “red shirt” guys on Shatner’s Trek.) Ivy English plays mankind’s “savior” first subjected to Kane’s whip-like maltreatment, finally turning the tables with lash and switch.

Fred Lincoln directs with an Ed-Woodian relish, and the cast responds with appropriate thespian turns. Don’t rewind until the last hilarious second, as Ember Haze, packaged head to toe in Saran Wrap like a leftover brisket, sleepily exclaims to English: “You’re our hero!”
